BALTIMORE Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has encouraged Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce to marry Taylor Swift and retire from the NFL.

Kelce, 34, and Swift, also 34, have been dating for about a year with fans eager to see the power couple tie the knot.

And Harbaugh, 61, said he can’t wait to see that happen.

“I hope they get married,” the NFL head coach, whose Ravens should be one of Kansas City’s main rivals to the championship once again in 2024, told US Weekly.

“I hope they have a bunch of kids.

“Heck, maybe he’ll get ready to retire here pretty soon to pursue that family aspect of his life.

“I would encourage that.”

While Harbaugh’s remark appeared to be a joke, the Ravens head coach said he is genuinely “rooting for” the pair and that their romance is “the coolest thing ever.”

Travis and his brother Jason, 36, fuelled the rumors of the Chiefs tight end potentially popping the question soon in a recent episode of their New Heights podcast.

In a conversation about the upcoming Happy Gilmore 2 movie, the Kelces discussed which Adam Sandler characters they were most like.

Travis suggested he could play Bobby Boucher from The Waterboy or the wedding singer from the 1998 hit of the same title.

“I was going to be a wedding singer maybe for you, but…” Jason then chimed in before suggestively looking directly at the camera with a mysterious smirk.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles star continued staring in silence for a brief moment while his younger brother laughed.

Jason eventually changed the subject, circling back to Sandler characters.

“He’s got so many f**ing movies…” the retired NFL center said of the actor.

Recent reports claim that the Chiefs star doesn’t plan on proposing to Swift anytime soon as he is ” just not there yet,” though.

“It’s not even on his radar,” a source told US Weekly.

Meanwhile, Harbaugh said he’s come to appreciate Swift’s talent thanks to his daughter Alison.

“I couldn’t say I’m a Taylor Swift fan because I don’t know enough of the songs,” he said.

“But the songs I’ve heard from my daughter over the years, I like ‘em.

“I think they’re excellent. I think she’s so talented.

“When you watch her perform, oh my god, it’s sick how talented she is.”
