Meghan Markle’s Hollywood Struggles: Delayed Podcast and Waning Industry Respect

Meghan Markle might be one of the most famous women on the planet, but Hollywood power players are reportedly unimpressed with her showbiz prowess.

Prince Harry's Insane Habit That Confuses Meghan Markle

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, is said to be scrambling after the launch of her upcoming podcast with Lemonada Media was pushed back to next year. According to In Touch, executives at the company decided to delay the project over concerns that the impending launch of her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, would overshadow her audio endeavors.

“Meghan gets greedy,” an insider told the publication. “She wants everything all at once, and it’s backfiring on her again. She’s become a total joke and is overplaying her hand.”

Lemonada execs are also reportedly worried that Markle’s forthcoming Netflix cooking show could divert attention from the podcast. “That clearly didn’t go down well with Lemonada,” the source stated. “They surely expected to be Meghan’s priority project, but she must have decided she had bigger fish to fry with Netflix.”

This setback follows the non-renewal of Markle’s Spotify series “Archetypes” for a second season. The insider suggests that Markle now desperately needs a hit with either her Netflix show or her lifestyle brand to prove that she and Prince Harry are still viable in Hollywood.

“Almost everything they’ve tried has ended in disaster,” the source declared.

A well-placed source in Tinseltown added that A-listers have little respect for the Duchess, who commands significant fees for her content.

As Markle’s projects face delays and uncertainty, the couple’s standing in Hollywood appears increasingly precarious.
