Kansas City Chiefs’ Kicker Harrison Butker to Lead Veteran’s Day Parade

Harrison Butker, star kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs, will be honored as the grand marshal in this year’s Veteran’s Day Parade on November 11, recognizing his patriotism and community service.

Butker has been pivotal for the Chiefs since 2017, contributing to their Super Bowl LIV win. Off the field, he supports veterans and military personnel, notably participating in “Taps for Veterans,” where he plays “Taps” at military funerals.

Parade organizers praise Butker as a “true patriot” for his continuous support of the military community. He is also actively involved in charitable activities, inspiring fans and young athletes to give back.

Butker’s role as grand marshal underscores the parade’s mission to honor those who serve the nation, celebrating his dedication both on and off the field.
