On a recent episode of his “RG3 and The Ones” program, Griffin III stated, “If Mahomes leads the Chiefs to a Super Bowl three-peat next season, he will be the greatest quarterback ever. The dominance he’s shown with Andy Reid and the team is remarkable. He’s already the second greatest quarterback in such a short span.”
Predictably, Griffin III’s opinion sparked plenty of rebuttal from football fans. The debate often centers on Super Bowl rings, where Brady has seven to Mahomes’ three. However, Mahomes is on a solid pace, having won his championships before turning 29, while Brady secured his last four after age 37.
