Prince Harry Seeks Advice from UK Friends After Comments Backfire

Prince Harry has been calling his friends in the UK for advice after his critical comments about his father, King Charles III, backfired, according to royal author Robert Lacey.

Feeling homesick, Harry has reached out to a network of close friends from his bachelor days, including schoolmates, military comrades, and royal aides. This support system also includes friends of his brother, Prince William.

Writing in The Daily Mail, Lacey notes that Harry’s friends have been listening sympathetically without taking sides. Recently, Harry has been calling them “mournfully” since his criticisms of his father were poorly received.

This comes as Harry returned to the UK for the unveiling of a statue of his mother, Princess Diana. Last month, in the documentary “The Me You Can’t See,” Harry accused his family of neglecting his mental health and claimed his father made him “suffer.”

Despite Harry and Meghan’s numerous explosive claims in recent months, they are now seeking a quieter life following the birth of their second child. However, Harry faces criticism for “over sharing” in high-profile interviews, while Meghan has been accused of mistreating staff, according to Lacey’s book “Battle of Brothers.”

As the brothers prepare for the Diana statue unveiling, tensions between them remain high, with no resolution in sight.
