Angel Reese has been an absolute animal for the Chicago Sky all season. The 7th pick in the 2024 WNBA draft was thought to come into the league and make an immediate impact, but not to the level she’s playing at right now,

Reese has already recorded four double-doubles this season. She’s been one of the best players on the glass in the entire league, and she’s currently leading the rookie class in terms of rebounds and assists.

Through the Sky’s 4-6 season, Reese has averaged just over 11 points and nearly 10 rebounds, to go along with 1.6 steals per game.

There was ongoing thought that Reese may hit a rookie wall or struggles may creep in once opposing teams have film on the rookie, but WNBA fans are raving that she’s only getting better with time.

In Chicago’s recent 89-80 loss to the Atlanta Dream, Reese posted 13 points, 13 rebounds, and a whopping five steals.

Fans all over social media gave Reese her flowers, sharing extremely high praise for the rookie. Her improvement was highlighted with many different comments on Reese’s true skill and judgment of performance.
