Angelina Jolie has had enough of Brad Pitt’s antics in the French winery legal battle, prompting her to give up.

Ever since 2016, the former It Couple of Hollywood, Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitt have been embroiled in a long legal battle: over custody, alleged abuse claims, and business. After the custody battle for their 6 children, Jolie and Pitt seem to be clashing again and again over Chateau Miraval, the French estate and winery the couple had purchased back in 2008.

While Jolie sold out her share to a Russian Oligarch, Pitt had been trying to get the sale declared null and void. However, after years of a cruel battle in the court, the Eternals star seems to have finally given up and just wants her ex-husband to put her out of this predicament for it’s unlikely that she will ever be getting a fair deal.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt purchased the winery and estate called Chateau Miraval back in 2008 for $28.4 million. Yet ever since their shocking separation, the former couple cannot seem to conclude their legal battle over the winery.

As per PEOPLE, the actress recently sought a motion to allow her team to release documents that proved Pitt was not buying her share of the estate if the actress did not sign an NDA. While Pitt’s lawyers claimed that it was Jolie who initially suggested a broader non-disparagement clause, Jolie’s source claimed that the Bullet Train star refused to go through with the purchase unless Jolie kept her mouth shut about the abuse.

Also, claiming that the abuse started way before the 2016 plane incident, another source close to PEOPLE revealed that these facts were only made public because the actress was being forced to defend herself. As Jolie’s team revealed the bombshell details, one email from 2021 obtained by RadarOnline.com, stated,

“[Jolie was] stepping back from all aspects of negotiations regarding the sale… she is doing this because it has become apparent that these negotiations are not in any way production, and that there is no prospect of her being treated fairly and as an equal partner.”

Feeling she is being taken advantage of by being sanctioned by unconstitutionally vague and restrictive requests, the actress just wants both of them to move on without further hurt to themselves or their children.
