Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese is one of the most widely talked-about athletes right now, so of course some fans are naturally curious about her relationship status.
Angel Reese was drafted seventh overall by the Sky following a decorated career at LSU that was highlighted by a national championship triumph in 2023. Through her first nine WNBA games, Reese has averaged 11.4 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
Reese posted a new TikTok video revealing her current relationship status. A male voice can be heard at the beginning asking “Guys don’t ask you out,” to which Reese replied “they do”, except she doesn’t date them:
Reese was previously in a relationship with Florida State Seminoles forward Cam’Ron Fletcher, but she revealed back in March that they had split up.
Reese and the Sky made headlines during last Saturday’s road game against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever. In the third quarter of that contest, Chennedy Carter delivered an unnecessary shoulder check to Clark after making a basket.
Angel Reese was seen celebrating on the sidelines immediately after the play. The WNBA reviewed the cheap shot and issued a flagrant foul to Carter, and Reese was fined $1,000 for not speaking to the media after the game.
Angel Reese & Sky Can Get Back To .500 On Saturday
The Sky haven’t found any consistency to begin the season, as they’re 4-5 entering tomorrow’s clash against the 4-4 Atlanta Dream.
Chicago has dropped four of six since their stellar 2-1 start, but the club can get back to. 500 if they defeat the Dream at home. This is the first of four regular season meetings between the two clubs.
After hosting the Dream on Saturday, the Sky will stay in the Windy City and wrap up their homestand with a Wednesday evening showdown against the league-best Connecticut Sun, who enter the weekend with a perfect 9-0 record.
