Maren Morris Comes Out as Bisexual: Celebrating Pride with Joy and Pride
Country music star Maren Morris made a grand celebration of Pride Month.
On June 9th, the singer revealed herself as bisexual and shared multiple photos of herself holding Pride flags to mark the occasion.
“It’s truly empowering to embrace the ‘B’ in LGBTQ+,” she wrote on Instagram. “Happy Pride Month .”
Followers of the 31-year-old artist quickly flooded the comments section with messages of support.
“Tears! So happy for you! Happy Pride, bb! ,” musician Heather Mae wrote.
“Love you so much Maren!!!!!!” singer Scott Hoying commented.
Musician Allison Ponthier penned the following message for Morris: “SO HAPPY HAPPY!!!!! thank you for being an inspiration and this is such a special pride .”
Many of Morris’ fans filled the comments section with messages full of love.

In October 2023, Morris filed for divorce from her husband of five years, musician Ryan Hurd, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple shares a four-year-old son named Hayes. The divorce was finalized in January.
