But what exactly is the WWE Golden Championship belt?
In the past year, various celebrities have been spotted with Snoop Dogg’s WWE Golden Championship belt, which wasn’t originally designed by WWE for the legendary rapper but rather as a marketing gimmick. Resembling the WWE Universal Championship belt held by Roman Reigns, this special belt aimed to generate more buzz for WWE leading up to WrestleMania.
Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair initially presented the title to Snoop Dogg in 2023 during the promotion for WrestleMania 39. Since then, the belt has changed hands frequently, with numerous celebrities posing with it on social media and showcasing it at public events. This has contributed to the belt’s mystique, with sightings at events like Suρer Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. Over 20 celebrities have been seen posing with this belt.
Celebrities, athletes, and more have held the belt, including actor Miles Teller, Nina Dobrev, Jaleel White, rapper Flava Flav, and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
