Lizzie Cundy Reveals Shocking Secret About Meghan Markle
Lizzie Cundy, the 50-year-old British television host, has revealed a shocking secret about Meghan Markle. Lizzie first met Meghan when they both attended a charity dinner in 2013.
In an interview with Meghan at the Global Gift Gala in London in 2013, Lizzie shared their initial conversation. “We were chatting, and she asked me, ‘Do you know any famous guys? I’m single and really love English men.’ So I replied, ‘I’ll find you someone suitable,'” Lizzie recalled.
“I thought of a few people from Chelsea Football Club and remembered Ashley Cole, who was divorced from singer Cheryl at that time. I showed Meghan a picture of Ashley, and she said, ‘He’s cute. Is he famous?'” Lizzie continued.
The two remained in contact until Lizzie was surprised to learn about Meghan’s relationship with Prince Harry at the end of 2016. “I immediately texted Meghan, and she replied that they were trying to start a serious relationship,” Lizzie said.
After getting to know Prince Harry, Meghan suddenly cut off all contact with Lizzie, similar to what she did with Piers Morgan, the host of Good Morning Britain. “Perhaps the palace required her to cut ties with friends in the media,” Lizzie explained Meghan’s puzzling behavior.
Many social media users have criticized Meghan as calculating, accusing her of chasing wealthy and famous English men. They believe Prince Harry became her target because he had everything the former actress desired.
