No matter what she does, Angel Reese cannot escape the constant flow of Caitlin Clark fans coming at her online.
This time around, it is not because of something she did in a game or said in the media; it is because Clark is being plastered in her current city.
Caitlin Clark has a Wilson Basketball advertisement with the quote “Making history” that has been on social media in the past few days. It is not only online but also in different cities. One of those cities is Chicago, which is where Angel Reese plays for the Sky.
Not to mention, Clark is also on the building as well.
Fans of Caitlin Clark wasted no time jumping into the comments and quotes to roast Angel Reese:
It should also be noted that Wilson Sporting Goods moved its headquarters to downtown Chicago in 2017, so it would make sense for Clark to be posted since she has a deal with them.
Unfortunately, the two fan bases for the star players will look for anything to take shots at the other.
Caitlin Clark Signs Multiyear Deal With Wilson Sporting Goods for Signature Basketball Line
Last month, Caitlin Clark made history by signing a multiyear deal with Wilson Sporting Goods for a signature basketball line.
Wilson Sporting Goods also announced it would release a signature basketball collection for her with the intention of “celebrating Clark’s continued legacy.”
The Indiana Fever rookie will also collaborate with Wilson to innovate basketball products for the WNBA, NBA, and the game as a whole.
Clark is the first female athlete to have a signature basketball collection with Wilson.
“Wilson has been with me across some of the most pivotal moments in my career so far, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue driving basketball forward alongside them,” Clark said in a press release. “It feels surreal to have my own basketball collection, and to affect what that means for future generations of athletes.”
